Household Hub Scope Board
This board starts with our recommended allocation. Move any feature to your preferred phase, add your own requirements, and review the related dependencies. Pricing will be prepared after the configuration is reviewed.
We recommend a hardcoded demonstration for Pilot. You may still move or add items to Pilot for discussion; any production dependency will be highlighted for review.
Moved to MVP: My Household Plan, Goals, Priorities, Progress, Navigator / Households and Navigator / Intake. Their prerequisites are also now in MVP: configurable workflow engine, SLA administration and timer controls, notifications and escalation rules, canonical Service Request workflow, Annual Reviews and Upcoming Reviews. Other recommended phase assignments remain unchanged.
MVP includes POA document upload, storage, categorisation, record linking and appropriate permissions, with practical underlying document and household data support for later specialty modules. Structured POA workflows, invocation, succession and administration remain in Phase 2.
These additional prerequisites expand MVP beyond the initial client request, including capabilities previously proposed for later phases, and increase the initial budgetary estimate. Revised scope and pricing require technical and client review. Any new dependency conflicts remain advisory and do not block choices. Existing browser customisations are preserved; use “Reset to recommendation” to load the complete revised proposal.
